Traveling can cause enough stress and anxiety you don't want to worry about whether your pet is being well cared for. We offer a convenient solution by providing boarding in our safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

We understand that each pet is unique, and we will make every effort to ensure that your pet is safe, happy, and healthy during his or her stay with us. We'll treat your pet with compassion and care, and we'll provide individualized tender loving care until you return!
Does your pet have special needs, health issues, medication, or a special diet? Do you have special requests? We understand that your pet has a special place in your family and that leaving your pet with someone while you travel can be a source of anxiety and uncertainty. All of our suites are heated or air conditioned and kept extremely clean.
Our cozy cat condos are separate from the dog kennel area and provide one room for relaxing in soft blankets and eating, with a separate room for the litter box. Cats are visited several times a day by our staff.
Some cat condos have connecting doors so that when a family of cats visit with us the door can be opened to create a double room.
Cat Condos are $22 per night per cat.

*These pets are play alone only. A boarding staff member will take them for leash walks and/or individual playtime in one of our yards. They will receive the same number of bathroom breaks and play dates as our other guests. (Each dog will go out at least four times a day.)
- Up to four types of medications and/or supplements up to twice a day is $6.30 per day.
- Additional administration up to four types of medications and/or supplements is $3.15 per application.
- Pets taking four or more medications will receive a complementary doctor consult prior to boarding to assess patient wellbeing and medication administration needs.
- Individual play / walks daily (each dog will go out 5-6 times a day) $5.25 a day

A one night per suite deposit is required to upon reservation. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of first boarding day (30 days prior during holiday periods) or is a no show.
Prior to Boarding
For new clients a complimentary Pre-Boarding compatibility appointment needs to be booked at least 14 days prior to boarding date. Once the pet has been assessed by Dr. Fraser and/or the Boarding Manager they can then receive the Boarding Exam which has an exam fee of $62.50. A Veterinarian will exam the pet and review medical records to ensure all pets are current on
All Guests of Petcare must be current on all vaccines. For dogs this includes Rabies, DALPP and Bordetella which is required every 6 months. Vaccines have to be current or boosters; if vaccines need to be administered then they must be given at least 14 days prior to first day of boarding to be effective.
Canine guests must have a fecal test 10 to 14 days prior to checking in. If your dog is on Sentinel, the fecal test can be performed up to 3 months prior to checking in. All guests must have a negative fecal result before they can be checked in for boarding. If positive, medication needs to be started immediately to ensure the safety and health of all guests.

Food & Items From Home
It is best for your pet to stay on the same diet as at home while they are a guest at Petcare, if however you do run out of food or forget food at check-in then we do have Hills and Royal Canin food available for purchase. You may also bring treats for your pet just let us know how often they are allowed one! A small blanket or towel that smells of home is welcome however it will need to be labeled with first and last name of your pet, we cannot guarantee the items will return home in the condition they were received. Large beds and items are not permitted due to laundering issues. Comfortable bedding and blankets are provided by Petcare for your convenience.
Any of our guests that are on medications are checked-in with a medical team member of staff. All medications and/or supplements must be labeled with pet name, medication name, strength, dosage instructions, method of administration. Please bring enough medication for the duration of the stay. If not a current Petcare patient then refill request are unavailable.
If during your pets stay they require any medical attention they will be seen by one of our veterinarians as soon as possible. Once examined a medical team member will get in touch with you the owner and/or the emergency contact you listed.
Spay & Neuter Requirements
